  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 2 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup sea salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 (13 oz) tomato paste

Instructions:

Cook for two hours. Add 1/2 cup cornstarch (mixed with water). Cook till thick. Remove from heat and ladle into sanitized canning jars. Cover with boiled lids (this makes the rubber soft so they seal better) and screw on rings. Bake jars at 225 for 45 mins.
